By accessing or using AccentFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

AccentFlow provides AI-powered accent usage and pronunciation feedback. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding specific fluency results.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Access"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly). All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate and complete. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
